The agreement

These terms govern your use of beautyofsoul.co.za and your purchases from Beauty of Soul, operated by Belinda Noades in South Africa. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.

Digital products

The colour books are digital downloads. After successful payment, your book is available immediately from your account and remains re-downloadable there. Prices are shown in South African Rand and include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Yoco.

Because a digital file cannot be returned, sales are generally final once the download is available. If something is wrong — a failed download, a duplicate purchase, or a book that isn't what was described — write to us and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate or required by the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Personal use

Your colour book is licensed for your personal use. Please don't redistribute, resell, or publicly share the files — each book funds the small business that made it.

Consultations

Consultation bookings are confirmed by email. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice so the time can be offered to someone else.

The quiz

The colour quiz offers styling guidance based on your answers. It's a starting point, not a certified analysis — an in-person colour analysis remains the most accurate reading.

Accounts

Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may close accounts used to abuse the site or its content. To delete your account, email belinda@beautyofsoul.co.za.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
