Who we are

Beauty of Soul ("we", "us") is a personal styling and wardrobe consulting business operated by Belinda Noades in South Africa. We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Questions and requests: belinda@beautyofsoul.co.za.

What we collect, and why

• Account details — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password, so you can sign in and keep your purchases.
• Orders — records of the digital books you buy. Card payments are processed by Yoco; we never see or store your card number.
• Colour quiz answers — to calculate and remember your colour palette.
• Newsletter email — only with your explicit consent, to send you our newsletter. Unsubscribe at any time.
• Contact messages — so we can reply to you.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t use it for purposes beyond those above. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site (payment processing by Yoco, email delivery, and website hosting), each bound to protect it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, and remembering your quiz result. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we’ll act on your request promptly. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Keeping it safe

Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes, connections are encrypted, and book downloads are available only to the account that bought them. We keep personal information no longer than needed for the purposes above.
